Let us introduce you to Clair, a valued member of our practice who has been with us since she was just 18 years old! From starting out as a trainee dental nurse to becoming a vital part of our front-of-house team as a Patient Coordinator, Clair's journey is a testament to dedication, growth, and the deep bonds she’s built with both her colleagues and our patients.

Clair’s Journey With Us

Clair's story with our practice began in 1998, when she first joined us as a trainee dental nurse. At that time, she worked primarily in the surgery and clinical setting, assisting in dental procedures and supporting our team in ensuring that each patient received top quality care. Her early years were filled with learning, hands on experience, and gaining the skills necessary to thrive in the dental field.

Even back then, it was clear that Clair had something special: a natural ability to make people feel at ease. Her calm demeanor and attentive care helped our patients feel comfortable, even during the most stressful dental procedures. Over the years, she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience, always eager to grow and expand her knowledge.

Transitioning to Patient Coordinator

As Clair continued to excel in her role, it became clear that her talents extended far beyond clinical care. Her exceptional communication skills, warmth, and compassion made her the perfect candidate to take on a more front facing role. As a Patient Coordinator, Clair transitioned from working behind the scenes to becoming the friendly face that welcomes patients into our practice.

In her new role, Clair now focuses on ensuring that every patient receives exceptional care throughout their visit. From helping with appointments to addressing patient concerns, Clair’s attention to detail and dedication to patient satisfaction has made her an integral part of our team. She’s always ready with a smile and a helping hand, making each patient feel valued and cared for.

Whether it's her infectious laughter or her genuine warmth, Clair brings a sense of joy and positivity to our practice.
