Teeth Whitening Kit. This whitening involves placing a little dental bleach in specially made dental bleaching trays. You then wear the trays for a few hours during the day or overnight. Results are usually visualised after a few days and people often achieve the whiteness they desire within two weeks. Its important to smile, and we look forward to helping you smile more!
Your dentist will advise you to try and avoid certain foods and drinks which stains your teeth whilst you whiten them.
There are a number of different tooth whitening products on the market, we advise that you always purchase yours from a reputable dentist with a strong history of successful teeth whitening as well as using the latest teeth whitening gel. Tooth bleaching has come along way over the years and will help you remove stains from your teeth.
At Evesham Place Dental we are proud to offer the Boutique Whitening. We have found that Boutique Whitening provides better results in quicker time whilst causing minimal sensitivity & removes stains effectively.
ZOOM In Surgery whitening
Teeth whitening can also be achieved via Power Whitening where your teeth are whitened in the dental chair using a light to activate the bleaching gel.
At Evesham Place Dental we use Philips Zoom.
The Zoom treatment we use is considered as the leading power teeth whitening brand in the world.
After 1 hour you can expect your teeth to look a few shades brighter. We recommend you carry out a short spell of 30 minutes per day for 3 days of home teeth whitening following on from Zoom.
This will ensure your teeth achieve the best possible shade and stay bright.
Customised bleaching trays and bleaching gel are both included in the cost of Zoom.
If you are looking to get your teeth whitened with a fast, effective in-practice treatment ZOOM! is the way to go.
We are based in Stratford-upon-avon with patient parking onsite. We are aproximately 40 min from the West Midlands. Treatment is typically up to 1 hour & you will see the results straight away. You will go home with a whiter smile.
Some patients visit us for their whitening treatment and have a day out in Stratford-upon Avon at the same time.
Teeth / Tooth Whitening and Sensitivity
Some patients may experience transient sensitivity. At your tooth whitening or teeth whitening consultation, your dentist will assess whether this is likely to affect you or not. If your dentist feels you are at risk of experiencing sensitivity, they will provide you with a desensitising toothpaste. They may also advise to add a bespoke, gentle teeth whitening / tooth whitening regime. Tooth whitening sensitivity can be experienced but is temporary and will cease shortly after teeth whitening is stopped.
Treatment process at the dentist for a whiter, brighter smile
At Evesham Place Dental Practice we will provide you with an initial consultation during your initial visit, where we will assess your suitability and discuss your desires (removing stains, shades etc) as well as different solutions and products to make your teeth whiter. Following the whitening procedure we will provide a checkup to establish how your whitening treatment is going.
Some patients prefer to discreetly lift the colour of their teeth a little where as some like to go whiter & whiter like many stars ‘Hollywood white’!
Included in the cost of your teeth whitening procedure, we also provide a whitening follow up appointment; Where we examine your teeth to check your whitening results and that any all major stains have gone. We will measure the colour / shade of your teeth to ensure they are whiter and meet your expectations.
